What Is A ZACR Premium Domain?
Some .ZA domain names are classified by ZACR as premium domains.
Premium domains are usually short, generic, highly desirable or commercially valuable domain names.

Examples may include domains such as:
shop.co.za
cars.co.za
loans.co.za
one.org.za
Why Premium Domains Are Different
Premium domains are not always processed through the normal automated registration system. As a result, a registration may fail even if the domain appears to be available and payment has already been made.
What Happens If Registration Fails?
If this happens, we will refund the payment, request a quotation from ZACR and, if you approve the quoted price, complete the registration manually.
